Larry Miner​
Mr. Miner is a Senior IT and Technical Project Manager, an Entrepreneur, and AI systems Builder with decades of experience leading complex software and infrastructure initiatives for major organizations including HP, Aetna, Goodyear, Sherwin-Williams, HSBC, and M&T Bank.

Mr. Miner began his technical background serving in the U.S. Navy aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Mitscher (DDG) in the Anti-Submarine Warfare division. He founded and led Scientific and Engineering Applications Group, a software engineering firm, he successfully
sold. Recently he has focused on artificial intelligence and Retrieval-Augmented Generation, designing systems that transform complex archives into searchable decision memory, including models built on Homer’s Epic Cycle and the 2024 U.S. Supreme Court term.

He holds multiple patents on communications and is also the author of "Ikaria: Greece, 800 BC to Today", a cultural and historical work blending of travel narrative and historical research.

A Note from Mr. Miner ​
For the past 25 years I’ve worked with some of the largest and most well-known IT organizations in the world, brought in to start new projects, take over initiatives already underway, or make changes to systems in production.
​
In all that time, I cannot recall a single instance where I had immediate access to the information needed to simply get started. It just never happened.
​
Instead, it always began the same way: tracking down and interviewing team members, searching through unsigned charters, deciphering handwritten notes, reading multiple requirements, digging up invoices, discovering change orders, interrupting spreadsheets, printing out project plans, and even having to locate old desks and filing cabinets to track down missing documents.

Unfailingly, the discovery process came down to tribal knowledge, the time required to reconstruct it, and the effort needed to reach consensus and signoff. You can’t write a status report on what you don’t know until you do.
